Marabou in a gallery of the Met’s American Wing dedicated to art about the West from 1860-1910. To Marabou’s left is a bronze statue of a defeated Native American man on a horse and behind Marabou is a painting of a Native American man who is also on a horse, being chased by an unseen pursuer.
