The mask, approximately 16 inches high and 8 inches wide has a very high forehead that dominates most of the mask. The eyebrows, eyes, and nostrils are a series of slits. The mouth is a long slit curved to a slight peak at the top. The face looks like it is frowning. The mask is painted and is a faded greenish blue. There is a faded red stripe that goes down the entire center of the mask, making a slight triangle when meeting with the lips. the entirety of the mouth and chin are also faded red.
